Saturday 6th June

Highland Pride - Inverness

Possibly one of the biggest take-overs of a theatre and cinema you could ever see.

Highland Pride put on a fantastic range of events over the entire month with the parade held on the 6th June leading to Eden Court Cinema & Theatre, where the amazing staff warmly welcome you.

There is fun to be had in the auditorium and if you fancy it, there's a wee market upstairs with information and help stalls as well as a few great traders. I've even heard that there may be a wee trader selling pin badges and other fabulous gifts. I wonder who???? ;)

Saturday 20th June

Caithness Pride - Thurso

Caithness Pride is the countries most northernly mainland pride event.

A day of celebration with a short pride march which is quite easy going for those with mobility concerns.

Then there is fun to be had in the street market where you can grab some great bargains.

Highland Gift Shop will be there and you can order and collect on the day if you wish. Just let us know.

Canisbay Show 2026

The Canisbay Show is a cracker of an event. With a great selection of events including....

Home baking, Painting, Baking, Photography, Baking, Flowers, Baking, Horses and other animal stuff, Baking, craft stalls and there may be some baking too.

Anyway, pop along as it's a great day out in Caithness and completely family friendly.

Highland Gift Shop will be there with some great bargains so please do say hello and bring tea and cakes. Lots of cakes. Many many cakes please.

Halkirk Highland Games 2026

The Halkirk Highland Games is a personal favourite of mine. The committee works very hard all year round to bring about one of the most successful games events in the world.

Halkirk has played host to some of the finest athletes from all corners of the world. We have witnessed WORLD records being achieved and the prize fund is one of the finest for an event of its size.

I personally as a stall holder, love to meet the guests who visit from all over the world. I feel utterly blessed to have met you all and shared stories and experiences with you. Thank you.

I-Con (Inverurie Convention)

I-Con is one of the friendliest events we have ever attended.

There is something for everyone and the event is completely free too. From Cos-Play to iconic convention staples including special guests and authors to the great vendors brining a variety of the coolest merchandise you have ever seen.

Highland Gift Shop will be there too so pop by and say hello.
