We sell a variety of quality enamel pin badges, tea towels and novelty mugs. We offer personalisation where possible and this service is offered free with the product you order. Typically, mugs are personalised with names or short messages on the other side of the mug from where the image is placed.
Tea towels are usually personalised where the design allows.

Our gifts are sourced from various suppliers within the UK. We do not import any items from overseas. We have a great relationship with our suppliers and value their products as much as their reputations.

Pin Badges:
We are aware that there is a huge increase in the number of retailers selling pin badges. Please be assured that your safety is a priority.
All our pin badges are tested for harmful substances including Nickel, Arsenic and Cadmium. You can wear our pin badges with complete confidence.

Mugs:
Our mugs are made with a bright white finish and extra hard glossy coating. Our mugs have a 10 or 11 fluid ounce capacity and measure approximately 90x80mm and are microwave safe. Our mugs are dishwasher safe and conform to the stringent UK Standard EN12875-4, 2006: Part 4 - Rapid Test Mechanical Dishwashing of Utensils and Ceramic Articles. Equivalent to 800 wash cycles at 40°c.

By accessing our website, you agree that:

• You will not attempt to disrupt or misuse the website

3. Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, photos, and details are accurate.

However:
• Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences
• Sizes are approximate
• Designs may have small variations due to manufacturing processes

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but once you place an order, the price you paid is final.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party provider PayPal
We never see or store your card details.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order:
1. You will receive an email confirming we received it
2. We will process and dispatch your items
3. If there is an issue (e.g., out of stock), we will contact you immediately

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary (e.g., payment issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud).

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on location, postal delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to Royal Mail. If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will assist.
Please be aware we only use Royal Mail. We do not have any other services available in our area.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns if:
• The item is unused
• It is in its original condition
• You contact us first to arrange the return

Refunds are issued once we receive the item back.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

• Contact us as soon as possible
• Provide a brief description and a photo - No photo, no refunds
• We will replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion

Personalised Items:

We do NOT offer a refund of personalised items unless they are damaged or we have made an error with spelling. Please remember that you are responsible for the correct spelling of any names or text within short messages. This includes dates or other information you provide.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and product designs—is the property of Highland Gift Shop and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We pay for some designs or pay licenses to use designs.
