Many of our items can be personalised with a name, date, short message, or even a photo. If a product can be personalised, this option will be clearly shown on the product page.

We offer personalisation at no extra charge on all eligible items.

How Personalisation Works

• Enter the name, message, or date exactly as you want it printed.
• We will print your personalisation exactly as provided.
• If there are any issues with the information you submit, we will contact you before printing using the phone number or email address you provided at checkout.

Important: Please Check Your Spelling

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all spelling, names, dates, and wording are correct.
We do not check, correct, or edit personalisation details.
What you type is what will be printed.

Refunds on Personalised Items

Personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

For this reason:
There are no refunds or returns on personalised items unless they arrive damaged.

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Contact us immediately
2. Provide a description of the damage
3. Include clear photos showing the issue - No photo = no refund or replacement.

We always aim to resolve problems quickly and fairly.

Photo Personalisation

Some items allow you to add a photo. If you choose to upload a photo, please ensure:

• The image is good quality
• It is already cropped and trimmed to the area you want used
• The subject is clear and centred

We do NOT offer photo editing, cropping, or enhancement services.

Your photo will be printed exactly as supplied.

How We Handle Your Photos: Any photo sent to us electronically will be:

• Stored securely
• Used only for completing your order
• Deleted once your order is completed

We do not keep photographs or images any longer than necessary.

Content Rules for Photos

We are happy to print any content, including:

• Swear words
• Explicit images
• Adult humour

However, you must ensure:

• Anyone in the photo is aware you are sending it to us
• You have their permission
• They are over 18 years old

If we suspect that any person in an explicit image is under 18, we will:

• Refuse the order
• Report the image to the police
